The process of using data to make changes to programming requires evaluators, program leadership, local site leaders, and services providers to work together across the continuum—from data collection to data use. This poster will present on the process used by evaluators and leadership of a homeless grant to help facilitate ongoing program refinement. The authors will also share their experience in engaging local teams in exploring programming options based on data, and lessons learned, from both a leadership and evaluator perspective, on using data to drive program change.
